«What motivated you to become an Alphega Pharmacy member?
I was invited to the Alphega Pharmacy Convention in 2006 in Barcelona. Through the seminars and the conversations with the participants, I was attracted by the idea of Alphega Pharmacy, by Alphega's vision of a pharmacy, as well as by the concept of a network of independent pharmacists, Spanish and Europeans. After the event, I thought about it over and over again, until I decided to seriously look at it from an investment point of view, and I decided to become an Alphega Pharmacy member.»
«What were the major changes after becoming an Alphega Pharmacy member?
There are many changes. Before the Alphega Pharmacy concept implementation, the main step is to introduce the concept to the staff gently, allowing them to take their time and to "digest" it. The pharmacy has to change, there has to be a "before" and an "after", in terms of image as well as in terms of services and management. After the implementation, the most obvious and spectacular change was in the way the pharmacy looked with clear displays and product adjacencies. On entering the pharmacy, customers were asking "have you changed the pharmacy?" For me this was really important as our objective was to convey that we had been through a positive change.»

In the short term, as far as having a new image, I'm looking forward to increasing sell-out performances. In the long term, I expect Alphega Pharmacy to bring me security and stability.
